如何正确做计划

计划制定后，在中期之前可以调整​

调整需要提供清晰的调整说明原因，通过书面进行更新和提交后生效​

3.
中期的定义，以整个周期一半时间为准（可以取整到自然日）​

定目标：SMART

Specific (simple, sensible, significant).​

Measurable (meaningful, motivating).​

•
Achievable (agreed, attainable).​

•
Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based).​

•
Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).​

What do I want to accomplish?​

Why is this goal important?​

•
Who is involved?​

•
Where is it located?​

•
Which resources or limits are involved?​

具体的

•
比如，“持续提高产品质量”，就是一个模棱两可的目标，不够具体。​

•
你可以试着把它改成：“降低严重的产品缺陷数”，这就变得非常具体了。​

Measurable​

How much?​

How many?​

•
How will I know when it is accomplished?​

可衡量的：意味着要避免争议

•
降低多少严重的产品缺陷数，算是降低？​

•
所以可以修改为：严重的产品缺陷数减少50%。​

Achievable​

•
How can I accomplish this goal?​

•
How realistic is the goal, based on other constraints, such as financial factors?​

可实现的，就是你的目标不能定得太离谱，至少跳一跳，还是能够得着。​

Relevant​

Does this seem worthwhile?​

•
Is this the right time?​

•
Does this match our other efforts/needs?​

•
Am I the right person to reach this goal?​

•
Is it applicable in the current socio-economic environment?​
